It’s about doing research to inform your research. And we know how to do so quickly so that the information you need to make decisions is back in your hands as fast as possible.
Sometimes a comprehensive, wide-scale approach is warranted with multiple phases of qualitative assessments before fielding a large-scale quantitative survey. And we LOVE those types of engagements. But we’re not going to turn everything into a huge science project either.
